Wood Smoking Chips
Axtschlag Wood Smoking Chips are wooden chips for flavoring the food. After dousing the chips in water for approx. 30 minutes simply put a handful of chips into the glowing charcoal or into the smoker box when using a gas grill. A handful of chips generate smoke for approx. 10 minutes. 9 types of pure wood and 3 special mixtures satisfy all demands for a delicious BBQ. Suitable for fish, meat, poultry, and vegetables.
Axtschlag Wood Planks are grill planks for the extra gentle cooking with the specialty of smoke and wood flavors. Each grill dish is delicious with Axtschlag Wood Planks. Soak in water for approx. 1 hour before the application, then place the food on and put the plank on the grill. Available in 4 sorts of wood and 3 different sizes.

Flaming salom board

In gas and electrical grills they are put directly on the grillage and exude an enjoyable smoke flavor for a long period.
The pieces of wood, with a length of 6-7 cm and a diameter of 2-5 cm, are 100% pure and without bark.
