Combine the ground meat with eggs, 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce and salt, pepper and cumin and mix well. Peel the onion and wash the eggplant, slice them both into thin rings. The eggplant slices and the onion rings should be grilled properly and put aside.
Form the meat mixture into 4 equal-sized burgers and place them on the indirect heat of the gas grill.
The smoking process is carried out according to the illustrations on the back of the package! After 30 minutes of grilling the burgers are done.
