Peel the cucumber, halve lengthwise and remove the kernels. Cut it together with the fennel into thin stripes season with salt, pepper, anise liqueur, dill, vinegar and oil. The fish fillets season with salt, pepper and cane sugar, and put together with cucumbers on the presoaked for 1 hour plank. Place the plank on the grill at 180° - 220°C and cook for about 20 minutes.
