Wash the quail thoroughly, season and fill it with plunes. Place the quail in the Hay Cooking Tray. Cook it indirectly in a preheated grill or oven at 180°C for 25 min! The food in the tray should be seasoned according to the recipe! The cooking time depends on the type, quantity and weight of the food being grilled.
It is not necessary to moisten the wood or the hay with water! Use the cooking tray in charcoal, ball and in the closed gas grill with indirect heat or directly in the oven!
