First, using a 4 mm wood drill bore a hole in the center of the cedar plank. The plank should be soaked for 30 minutes in warm water. After soaking, carefully put the nail through the bottom of the plank. The barbecue is prepared for the direct heat at 160 ° C.

Roast beef, shellfish and shrimp are first drizzled with a little olive oil. The beef is marinated in the tea mixture, the shellfish as well as the shrimp in pink curry. Now pike the components on the nail in the plank in the following order: roast beef, scallop and shrimp.

Place the chilli and cook it for about 10-12 minutes on the grill. When the core temperature of the roast beef reaches to 54°C, the cedar plank should be removed from the grill.

Before servinf sprinkle a little lemon juice, garnish with cucumber and season with the Fleur de Sel.
