First of all, the Cedar box must be soaked in warm water for about 60 minutes.
The macaroni are cooked al dente! Now let the butter melt in a saucepan, add the flour and mix with milk pour. Mustard, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper stir, boil and add the mozzarella. Stir well!
The drained macaroni are now carefully mixed with the sauce and everything put together into the soaked Cedar box. Sprinkle it all with chopped onion and parmesan.
Finally, the filled box is baked in the indirect zone of the closed grill for about 25 minutes at 150°-160°C.
